The Why Behind the Mic

Meet the voices. Understand the mission. Step into the story.

What This Show is Really About

The Other Side of Strong is a warpath back to yourself.

We started this podcast because we saw too many people burned out, disposable, disconnected… not just from each other, but from who they used to be.

Dating apps promised options. Hustle culture promised success. Social media promised connection.
What most people got instead was emptiness.

We believe healing starts with ownership. That loneliness ends when you start showing up… for yourself, your people, your purpose.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not red pill rage.
It’s honest, grounded conversation about strength that goes deeper; emotionally, physically, and relationally.

You’ll hear from three hosts with very different stories… but the same mission:
Help people become the kind of human they’d want to meet.

Meet the Hosts

James Farias

Father. Founder. Force of consistency.
James doesn’t just talk about strength, he lives it. A father of six and longtime business leader, he brings decades of experience in team-building, coaching, and personal discipline. From 4AM gym sessions to real talk about failure, fatherhood, and building back better, James leads with presence and purpose.
He’s the kind of man who rebuilds after the fall… and helps others do the same.

Kathlynne "Kat" Anderson

Loyal. Unfiltered. Deeply grounded.
Kat is the kind of presence you don’t forget… not because she’s loud, but because she’s real. A former teenage mom turned resilient leader, she brings a rare mix of honesty, emotional depth, and lived experience. Her strength shows up in silence, in truth-telling, and in the way she challenges others to grow without losing themselves.
She’s not here to perform. She’s here to shift the room.

Coach Luke Haefele

Performer. Pressure-tested. Unapologetically direct.
Luke knows what it means to live below your potential — and what it takes to claw your way back. Forged through discomfort and driven by discipline, he brings a voice that doesn’t flinch and a mindset built on earned integrity.
Truth, no filter. Challenge, no fluff. That’s how Luke shows up. And how he expects you to.

The 11 Commandments

— Inner War Doctrine —

The First Battle Is Within.
Win there, or lose everywhere.

⚔️

Stillness Is Strength.
A calm presence carries the most power.

⚔️

Truth Cuts Before It Heals.
Let it.

⚔️

Muscle Without Meaning Is Decoration.
Build substance.

⚔️

Anger Is a Signal — Not a Strategy.
Feel it. Don’t follow it.

⚔️

Real Love Requires Courage.
Show up whole, or not at all.

⚔️

Armor Cracks from the Inside.
Protect your mind.

⚔️

No Growth Without Grit. No Grit Without Grace.
Hold both.

⚔️

Real Connection Begins with Ownership.
You before us.

⚔️

Be Ready to Bleed for the Stronger Self You Haven’t Met Yet.
They’re in you.

⚔️

Make Peace With the Mirror.
You’ll never outrun the one you refuse to face.

Our Manifesto

We were told strength was loud…
That it looked like power, control, domination.
But we learned the hard way:
True strength is quiet.
It shows up at 5AM.
It listens before it speaks.
It stands still when the world wants noise.
It bleeds, but it doesn’t break.

⚔️

This is The Other Side of Strong.
Where people lead themselves before leading others.
Where growth means holding the weight of your past
without letting it define your future.
Where grace isn’t weakness, and anger isn’t a plan.
Where we trade ego for integrity, and applause for accountability.

⚔️

We believe strength is more than muscle.
That vulnerability is a weapon.
That real connection is earned, not assumed.
That the best version of you is waiting on the other side of the fight you’ve been avoiding.

⚔️

So we train.
We speak truth.
We challenge what’s easy.
We hold space for what’s hard.
We don’t need permission.
We don’t chase likes.
We move through fire to become the people this world actually needs…
not louder, just deeper.

⚔️

This is not content.
This is a code.
This is not a show.
It’s a warpath… and you’re not walking it alone.

Ready to Step In?
